Furnace is used for high temperature graphitization treatment of composite material. It has both horizontal and vertical structures.
Application: C/C composite material, carbon fiber insulation material, graphite part, C/C part.
1.Using unique ACME super high temperature and high current power supply technology, it can long term stable use at 2600℃;
2.Using induction heating, the max temperature can reach 3000℃;
3.Using multiple temperature control zones, great temperature uniformity;
4.Using special designed high temperature pyro-meter measuring technology with precision temperature control and small deviation;
5.External circulation forced cooling system as an option, short batch cycle time and high efficiency.
